Seasons of life

Spring brings new hope and cheerfulness,

Summer brings profound happiness,

Autumn brings new matureness,

Winter’s sadness, Winter’s sadness

Spring’s arrival

Spring's arrival

Spring arrived with mud and a torrent of bad news.

They planned the expedition but unfortunately the weather ended up being a bummer. Considering his dexterity when it came to all things travel, he had organized everything in advance.

He also made sure to convince his best buddies who lived at the front and back of his house along with the solitudinarian. After the great winter freeze, the snow did melt away before spring arrived. But their trip just froze away instead becoming a fodder for so many around them.

Cycle of Seasons

Cycle of Seasons

As the seasons change, so does a lot in our lives.

While spring is the time for new plans to look forward to,

Summer is the time for so many outdoor activities.

While autumn is the time when colours and seasons change,

Winter is the time for getting in the warmth and spending time with family around the fireplace.

As the seasons change, so does a lot in our lives.

Spring season

Those incessant sounds of birds all round

pale in front of anything else

flowers that are still to bloom

might overcome turmoil

still with a smile and

have set aside

time in which

to make

fruit

Hikes

Hikes

These are desperate times for economies around the world. Hikes of all kinds whether its in utility rates, ticket rates, hotel rates, prices in retail and more maybe required to prevent a number of organizations and countries going bust. But on the other hand, hikes will discourage people even further as there are millions who have lost jobs.

The most important thing for almost anyone is to ensure that they are able to put food on the table. All the other luxuries may have taken a backseat for the foreseeable future. Life has become all the more intense and it is a far cry from the fantabulous days before the pandemic when money hunters didn’t need to do much at all as everything seemed hunky dory. The struggle for survival is on as the pandemic has given people a mirror on their actions from the past.

From spring to summer,

the pandemic left millions

struggling for it all

Seasons of the year

Seasons of the year

The summer consisted

of hot and humid days which

were full of torture

Winter was harsh as

the cold penetrated the skin

with scary effects

Spring and autumn came

and went by without any kind

of noise whatsoever

100 word fiction: Road trip

100 word fiction: Road trip

They loved going on long drives from time to time. But the lockdown had put paid to all their plans of soaking themselves in the spring sunshine.

While they had regular day jobs, things had become difficult when both were stuck at home. Life wasn’t all hunky-dory as the disagreements had started to pile up.

While they kept searching for a platform to voice their frustrations, the lockdown was lifted only after a couple of months. When they finally did get a chance to go on a road trip again, they were just thankful that they could again experience nature.
