Spring is the time when the greenery starts to show and the temperatures become warmer as the flowers begin to bloom and the birds begin to do their thing.
It is the perfect time to step out and take in the warm sun after the bitterly cold winters. It is the time to get some tan and also to nourish one’s body through sunbathing.
Over the years I have been to numerous places in spring and it’s been an utter delight seeing everything and everyone so happy.
Everything in this world be it architecture, fashion, cityscapes and more all have their old and new aspects. It’s always fascinating to see how both the old and new go hand in hand with each other.
From the lovely resorts on Dead Sea to the old city of Petra, Jordan has some of the most beautiful sights you could ever see.
Marbella which is part of the Spanish Riviera has turned into one of the most happening destinations in Southern Europe. There are flashy cars and yachts lining up the coast along with parties galore. Add to that the beautiful old town with it’s colourful buildings and you have the perfect mix of old and new.

No, it’s not really about Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare or any reference to any form of communication on the Internet or movies for that matter.
I love to travel. Looking at the list of countries I have visited, I’m quite proud to say that I’ve been to Thailand, Indonesia, China, Australia, Cambodia, Turkey, Italy, and France. I am 25 and recently got married and moved from Malaysia to the United Kingdom. Of course, I don’t intend to end that list just yet!
I was enjoying a nice long bath not too long ago, and this triggered the thought of my friends back in Malaysia. Don’t get me wrong – we don’t share baths! But the nice warm feeling reminded me of the common poolside area we have in the condominium where I used to stay. That was where we neighbours usually met, gathered with friends, ate and bantered about life. That made me suddenly realize that I probably know more about the rest of the world than without realizing it!
