He shriveled at the thought of hearing her voice in his head. After her death, life had acquired a new meaning for him. In order to get rid of all the noxious thoughts, he decided to walk across the country in her memory to raise funds for the underprivileged wearing the shirt she gifted him.

As the Cessna began to glide over the idyllic coastal town, she couldn’t believe her eyes. This excursion was the best surprise she could have ever asked for. Everything looked so small from up above. While they took off when the sun was setting, the moon was already up by the time they came back.

Jaime spent the whole day browsing the antique store and left with just one thing. While he loved collecting antiques from across the world, he was spoilt for choice and decided to take a mature decision to not spend too much. Though he had almost reached 50, his interest in antiques had not diminished one bit.

Mikhail was delighted to see blue skies after such a long time. Being a simple farmer in a village far away in the mountains where the closest landmark was a nondescript post office, he was used to the slow life. Though he loved the place, there were days he struggled to keep his belly full.

She loved going on roller coasters. For her, it did rank up there as one of the most exciting things in the world though she was pedantic about the safety aspects. But she forgot about it on that fateful day. Though a section of the ride fell off mid-journey, she just about managed to survive.

The house looked like any of the other houses in the village. There were lots of trees around and the bushes were manicured quite well. While the lights were on every night, no one had ever seen anyone around that area getting into or out of the house. And that increased the mystery even more.
