  2. From the first humans to Daedalus and Icarus, and the Wright Brothers, we have been watching birds and longing to fly throughout history. It must have been one place nobody thought we’d ever reach – and then we did! During the pandemic we’ve been grounded again, and so many people are eager to fly away in search of happiness. I’m keeping my feet firmly on the ground.

  3. We fly to get somewhere and they flew, often, for the point of view. 🙂

  4. The allure snd fascination of flight. To them it is natural. For us it is forced, but we both can now get airborne. Wonderful poem.
