Oh! I never knew that they had planned to demolish it . Yeah it’s surely the symbol of Paris so much so that it’s difficult to imagine how Paris would feel without it.

I just read a wonderful book about the Eiffel Tower called Eiffel’s Tower, full of fascinating information about it. I don’t think I will ever look at it the same again.
