“Those who get angry are the ones who love you the most.” She had always heard this advice from her loved ones. But there was only so much that she could bear.

The marks on her body and soul were a true reflection of the torture and pain he had inflicted upon her. From failed business deals to fights between friends; from knowing about her numerous guy friends to her frequent refusal for sex, she ended up bearing the brunt of his anger.

What started off as a match made in heaven truly ended as a match made in hell.

I am participating in the A to Z challenge in April  and the theme I have chosen is Micro-fiction

  11. Anger is a natural and mostly automatic response to pain of one form or another (physical or emotional). Anger can occur when people don’t feel well, feel rejected, feel threatened, or experience some loss. The type of pain does not matter; the important thing is that the pain experienced is unpleasant. Because anger never occurs in isolation but rather is necessarily preceded by pain feelings, it is often characterized as a ”secondhand” emotion.

  12. Anger ruins even the best of relationships right? Nicely written.
