“It’s a great feeling to be able to grow vegetables in one’s own garden.”

She was a passionate gardener who spent hours on end tending to her garden day in and day out. While vegetables like cauliflower and ladyfinger were common place, she loved her mushrooms.

She always made sure that every required ingredient be it manure or organic materials, was always present in optimum quantity to ensure proper growth of these mushrooms and also washed them regularly to keep them clean.

The hard work in the garden always paid off as the mushrooms were delicious to say the least.

“You don’t know the feeling of writing letters to the person you love. There are emotions interspersed in every word.”

In the age of social media, she was almost an exception with her love for penning down letters. Over the last few months, she had written a letter every day and kept it in an envelope to give it to him.

But there was always that unseen fear which held her back from mailing them across.
