Oman as a nation has always believe in preserving its culture and history through its numerous museums, forts and more. And Jabrin Fort is a true example of that.

The vessels used in those days

Constructed in 1675 by Imam Bil-arab bin Sultan, this castle is an architectural masterpiece with its intricately designed doors, rooms and beautifully decorated paintings.

The castle is divided into two parts with each of them rising more than 15m high. In these there are multiple rooms which were used by the Imam and his family to meet different people. There are also a couple of hideouts where the Imam and his soldiers could hide.
