100 word fiction: A day of togetherness..

Their boat of love..

Their boat of love..

PHOTO PROMPT – © Jennifer Pendergast

“I love these calm and tranquil surroundings.”

Though, Anna and Ron had married a few months ago in a lavish ceremony, they hadn’t been able to spend much time together due to their busy schedules at work. And so when they did get a break, they were quick to plan a trip to the nearby archipelago.

Talking sweet nothings, walking hand in hand near the shore, having candle light dinners and more – they rekindled their love story.

“Are you in for some boating?” Hearing her reply in the affirmative, he took her hand in his and helped her get seated.

Written for the photo prompt and you can read the other entries here.

A good time, holding hands and getting away from the usual hum drum of life, is what couples want. 🙂

Oh hopefully there was no issue with my comment button :/.

Yeah, and this is why they planned the visit to the island :).

Couples want some free time away from hustle and bustle to snatch some moments to hold hands and talk sweet nothings.

A tale we of love and love.

Thanks Kalpana for stopping by :). In today’s life, couples don’t seem to have anytime whatsoever and this is why they had to specially plan this trip.
